Happy Birthday

I just wanted to say happy birthday to one of my BFF's, Kellyn. She turned 14 on the 28th. I hope you had a wonderful birthday, and now you can't say that I forgot about it. :)

Bubble Gum

Well, last night at church, the moment that I walked in, my friend, Kellyn, screamed "MERRY CHRISTMAS, YOU PRESENT IS OVER THERE," and she pointed to a small bag in the corner. She made me go and open it in front of all of our friends that were there. So I reached into the bag, wrapped my fingers around the item, and pulled it out. It was a pound of bubble gum. It was obvious that she got it for me because I got my braces off, so we all had bubble gum at church last night.

A White Christmas

My parents and I were on our way back from going to see the new Harry Potter movie, when we looked out the windows to see the light covering of snow on the ground. it soon hit us that we were experiencing the first white Christmas, here in Georgia, since, like 1882, that was when my dad pointed out that this is the first white Christmas in 128 years. Amazing, miracles do happen every day, and I finally saw my first white Christmas.

Poopcicles

No, it's not a typo, I literally meant POOPcicles, it all started when my grandpa picked me up from school, and as usual I asked how his day was. The first thing he said was, "Great, but I had to spend the entire day outside in the cold picking up poopcicles." I laughed a little and he said, "Well, it's better than having to walk around out side picking up, fresh, hot steaming doggie doo doo." We then spent the entire ride home laughing about the word poopcicles.

Braces

Finally, only a few more days and this annoying metal attached to my teeth is going to be removed, I finally get them off this upcoming Wednesday.

We are also having a white elephant party that Wednesday, does anyone have any ideas about a "gag" gift that I could bring. Last year I brought silly string, gummy worms, stickers and an autographed picture of myself. And I received a slinky. So share your ideas and help me to come up with an awesome gift.

WOW, ONLY EIGHT MORE DAYS UNTIL I GET MY BRACES OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm SO excited to finally get all of this annoying metal off of my face.
I'm starting the countdown until December 15th.

Parli-Pro

Yes,I am aware that this is a very strange title for a post, well, let me explain. Parli-Pro stands for Parliamentary Procedure. Parliamentary Procedure is a part of FCCLA. Our school, has just started our own Parli-Pro team for this year, so far it is very fun and I enjoy doing it with many of my friends. It is just holding a pretend business meeting so far and we are doing really well. I really hope that we do well in competition and possibly get to go to California for the competition later.
Sadly I might have to drop out because I, as you may know, am also in our school's Odyssey of The Mind team. The competition dates are very close, actually just a week apart. Plus I have already paid for, and committed myself to the Y.M.S. OOTM team.
So. . . . . .
I'm kind of out of stuff to write about right now, but if I think of anything else, I will be sure to add it.

Elf Yourself

I went to elfyourself.com, it is just so funny. I showed it to my family and they all agreed that it was pretty funny to see all of our faces on these little, dancing elves. I hope you enjoy it too.

OOTM

Just updating you on what is going on in OOTM. We have a lot done and Are on the very last part of finishing our script. All we need now is to do our set and to get all of our props, so if you are a friend of mine and think that you may have something that we can use please contact me, and tell me about it.

So if anyone actually reads this, um my Church is having a pancake breakfast on December 13th, so if you are interested, please comment and I will get you some more information about it. It is a fundraiser and the money will go to sending our youth group to a summer camp. Thank you.

FINALLY, I am going to get my braces off!!!! I have to go into the orthodontists office on December 15 for the last time. I'm SO excited, and just in time for Christmas too. Wow. Well, I also wanted to say merry Christmas to all of my friends and family.

Apparently I'm Evil

I see how the title for this post can be confusing, but just to clear things up, it is about ootm, and apparently I'm evil. I had a wonderful day at school today and I got a lit done. Now all I need is a pumpkin. I can't really explain that at the moment because it relates to a certain project and it is sort of a competition to see who has the most creative idea, they get 4 extra points if they win, but we think that we might just get three, it depends. Anyway, I just think that we have a very creative idea, but that, of course, doesn't necessarily mean that we will win. I saw some pretty creative ideas that really have the potential to beat ours.

Odessey Of The Mind

I'm SO excited about Odyssey Of The Mind this year. We already have our theme and many of our characters, I think that all of our ideas are very original so far But you just have to wait and see what happens. I don't want to give out many details about it so, like I said, you just have to wait and see.

Oh, and if you were wondering, Odyssey of the mind is really just competitive, creative, thinking. But it is definitely NOT BORING. We usually have a great time in OOTM and just love hanging out with all of our friends there.

I really hope that you have all been doing well and are having a good time so far. I'm sorry for not posting any thing in a while, plus I'm not even sure if anyone has been reading this lately, but thanks anyway. Have a good day.

BRACES. . .AGAIN

You have probably all heard about my bracket dilemma, you may know that I was already aggravated, so, when we went to go get the other fixed, I was told that since the orthodontist wasn't there, they could not legally put it back on, they wanted me to come back the next week, but I would be in Greenville, and the following week, i would be in Jacksonville, so, guess where I am going next week?

Daisy

My sweet puppy, Daisy, she may not be the sharpest pencil in the box, but she is still lovable.
Daisy has tried many things, from eating shoes, to eating bees, but this time it wasn't either of those, my poor puppy tried to eat a wasp, it wasn't very happy with her and stung her multiple times on the head, but she is alright and a playful as ever. my little dachshund is perfectly fine. :)

Back in Monroe

I just returned from two trips, one to South Carolina and on to North Carolina. The first trip mentioned was with my church youth group. It was in greenville and was bundles of fun. we swam, played soccer, hiked,and took many photos of other camp activities like battleball. It was on the North Greenville campus, so i have many pictures of fountains various tracks(camp activities) and of friends.
I came home for the weekend to repack and head to meet Paul, Michelle, and Kelsie half way to Jacksonville, North Carolina, where there were a lot of firsts (and many of them food related), a visit to the USS North Carolina, shark tooth collecting on the beach and much much more. I will try to get some pictures of my summer so far for you.

Summer

Have you been enjoying your summer so far?; What do you have planned for this summer?; have you been asked these questions yet? well, I have, and I thought that I should answer them. So, in case your wondering, I have been enjoying my summer so far, I have been talking to, and hanging out with many of my friends like Julia, my friends McKenzie, Kellyn, and Lindsay. I also went out to Dairy queen with my Grandma Marylin.

Now for Question Number Two, I am going to two summer camps this summer, I will go to centrifuge next week and the following week, I will go to see my cousin Kelsie. Later in the summer I will go to Camp Juliette Low, "Where Chuck Norris goes to be manly" (quote from one of the campers in what "C.J.L. means to me"(C.J.L. is just short for Camp Juliette Low)). I also enjoy spending time at my Aunt Lisa's house in Flowery Branch, with The Twins and Parker, Julia also lives there, just down the street from my Aunt Lisa, actually.

BRACES

As you may know, i have had braces for about two years, and a few weeks ago, I broke a bracket. Today i went to get it fixed, and soon after, i noticed that another had come off, so at the moment i am a bit aggravated. What was something that made you the most aggravated?

My friend, Erica's birthday is today and I just want to wish her a happy one. She is now thirteen, and still one of the most awesome people that I know.

Daisy, At Home

I have Daisy now and she is unbelievably adorable, even though she won't stop crying unless I'm with her at night. She kept me up all night last night, until about 3:00, that is when i gave her a stuffed animal and she curled up in it and went to sleep, Then, at five, I got her up to go outside and to eat, then I got ready for school.
She doesn't like her collar at all, and she keeps scratching at it.
She is asleep in my lap right now and is just the most adorable thing in the world.
She also does amazing things like empty out her bowls and stack them one in another. I love her so, so much and I am happy that I have her.

Daisy

It's only a few days until i get daisy. I am going to bring her home on this upcoming Sunday right after church. Once she comes home, we will get her a collar and get her used to her new home, I will also try to get a picture of her on here so that you can see what she looks like now. I am so excited, she has probably started getting her spots already.

Daisy is almost here

I can't believe that it is almost time for me to go get Daisy (my puppy). I am extremely excited. I have been cleaning butt off trying to get ready for her but i still have a lot to do, but don't worry, I will get it done. :) It is now only about ten days until I get her.

I'm getting a puppy!!!!!!

I already know what I am going to get for my 13th birthday (my birthday is April 17th), I am getting a puppy. She is a piebald miniature dachshund, named Daisy, she is not old enough for me to bring her home yet, but I will get her on March 20th. Winter Jam

Hey people, I just went to Winter Jam and it was awesome!!!!!!!!!! My friend (Kellyn) and I both lost our voices when Third Day came on because we screamed so much, we both got t shirts and our youth group is now sponsoring a girl about our age in China and we are very excited. Winter jam was amazing, there was this one group from Australia that was pretty good and we really liked all of the music. I hope that I can go next year.

2010

Wow, it's 2010. I'm at my friends house and we stayed up all night to watch the ball drop. At 2 am we finally fell asleep and then we didn't get up until 12 o clock. We later ate a huge and awesome breakfast prepared by Kellyn's (my friend) mom. Happy New Year!!!!!!!!:}
